Dr Pilgrim is passionate about using online education to help businesses achieve their business goals, using her knowledge and experience in teaching and learning, research,  strategic guidance and effective project management. She has successfully managed e-learning projects in private and public institutions in Canada and the Caribbean for over ten years.
